By far the most favorite of all Microgreens. Used in our BREAD & BUTTER MIX, SALAD MIX and sold in INDIVIDUALLY, Black Oil Sunflowers are high in protein, enzymes and fiber which all promote repair mussel tissue and aid the immune system. The Black Oil Sunflower has a nutty and refreshing taste.

Speckled Pea

Speckled Peas are so sweet and taste just like a pea! But speckled peas are not just tasty, they also pack a nutritional punch to the gut. In a 100 g serving Speckled Peas have seven time more vitamin C than blueberries and eight time more folic acid than bean sprouts and help control blood sugar and hunger cravings.

Radish

Spicy, flavorful and colourful  all describe radish, especially spicy. Radish have a unique taste but are great as a garnish to dishes to provide bright colours. Radishes are high in vitamin B6 and Folate which aid the cardiovascular system and are high in amino acids.

No chemical pesticides are used on our Microgreens or Fruit and Vegetables, chickens are treated as pets and our honey is unpasteurized, we only offer the best in healthy eating.
